Nicola Gibson
Nicola is an experienced and compassionate physiotherapist with a special interest in pelvic health. She completed her Bachelor of Science (Physiotherapy) at Curtin University in 2016 and her postgraduate training in continence and women’s health in 2020. Nicola has had extensive experience in both the public hospital setting and private practice, providing evidence-based, compassionate care to women and men of all ages.
As the Principal Physiotherapist of Thea Pelvic Health Physiotherapy, Nicola is skilled in assessing and managing pelvic health conditions including urinary incontinence, pelvic organ prolapse, pelvic pain, ano-rectal dysfunction, and has a passion for supporting women through their pregnancy and postpartum journey. Nicola recognises the importance of effective pelvic physiotherapy management to an individual's physical, social and emotional health, and her commitment to supporting patients throughout their pelvic health journey ensures the very best outcomes.
Outside of work, Nicola enjoys spending time with her young family and often starts her weekend at her local Parkrun.
